How do I purchase a product?

Browse listings, click "Buy", choose a payment method (Balance, Crypto, or Card), complete payment, and wait for the seller to deliver.

How do I start selling?

Click "Sell" in the navigation, fill in your product details, set a price, and publish. New sellers can list up to 7 active items.

How does the escrow system work?

When you buy, funds are held in escrow. The seller delivers the product. Once you confirm receipt, the funds are released to the seller.

How do I withdraw my balance?

Go to your Balance page and submit a withdrawal request. An admin will process it within 24-48 hours.

What cryptocurrencies do you accept?

We accept USDT (TRC20), Litecoin (LTC), and Bitcoin (BTC). Prices are updated live from CoinGecko.

Can I pay with Algerian Dinar (DZD)?

Yes! We support Chargily pay with CIB and EDAHABIA cards for DZD payments.

How do I open a dispute?

If there's an issue with your order, go to the order page and click "Open Dispute". An admin will review the case.
